With diverse experience across Energy & Power, Banking, Logistics, Health & Automotive, and Technology, she has a proven track record in driving organizational success. Currently, Caroline is the Head of Regional People Partnering Africa at Bolt. Previously, she was the Senior Director People & Culture at Sama and the Human Resources Director for East Africa at Schneider Electric.

Recognizing the incredible potential people have when given the right environment, Caroline has dedicated herself to mentoring young talent to unlock their corporate potential. Her strategic business partnering, HR integration skills, and cultural enabling capabilities provide a broad understanding essential for effective people strategy execution. Caroline is also a Certified Organisational Effectiveness Coach with the Coach Development Institute of Africa, a Certified Facilitator, Certified Hogan Assessor, and holds a Senior Management Leadership Program certificate from Strathmore Business School.

Caroline holds an Executive Master of Business degree from the Management University of Africa/JKUAT, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources from the Institute of Human Resources Management. She is a Board Member of Kinderville Junior School, sHero Foundation, Kagumo Primary, and Secondary Schools. A mother to three young leaders, Caroline also possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit and loves networking.
